Auditor

The auditor must examine OX2’s annual report and financial statements, the consolidated financial statements, the relations between Group companies and the management by the  Board of Directors and the CEO.

The audit of OX2’s annual report and financial statements and of the management by the Board of Directors and the CEO is carried out in accordance with  generally accepted auditing standards in Sweden. The auditor attends Audit Committee meetings and meet the Board of Directors without management present on one occasion during the year.

OX2’s auditor has been Deloitte AB since 2009. The auditor in charge since 16 May 2023 has been Kent Åkerlund, authorized public accountant and member of FAR  (the professional institute for authorized public accountants in Sweden). Auditors fees

Auditor’s fees refers to the auditor’s remuneration for the statutory audit. The work includes
auditing the annual report and financial statements and management by the Board of Directors
and the CEO, and fees for audit advice provided in connection with the audit engagement. Audit activities in addition to the audit engagement consist in the main of quality assurance services other than the statutory audit.
